Incomplete and damaged delivery

Unfortunately, this order request suffered several setbacks, the first was that the order did not arrive complete, the kit was missing from the shipment to the destination in Miami, second when the kit was sent it arrived with a completely spilled serum, third when the first shipment arrived at My house 2 of the products, a conditioner and a shampoo, also arrived watered. As an improvement option, please evaluate the mail packaging of the products, as well as its correct seal, vital to prevent them from spilling. However, to the above, customer service was fast, timely and on time despite the setbacks, for this reason my concept is satisfactory.
