Cancellation policy – BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL Website

Would you like to return an item purchased on the BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL website?

A transaction made on the website may be cancelled from the date of purchase and up to 14 days from the later of (i) the date the product was received, or (ii) the date on which a document detailing the transaction was provided.

If the order has been delivered, the product may be returned in one of the following ways:

Return via Post

A product returned by mail must be sent within 14 days of the date of receipt. In such case, you will be entitled to a full refund or store credit for future purchases on the BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL website, at your discretion. A monetary refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellation of a Transaction Due to Defect or Non-Conformity

In the event of cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, incorrect product delivery, or any other error on the part of BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL ISRAEL, you may contact us and we will arrange a free courier pickup of the product and issue a full monetary refund.
